Viewing Webinars in Flow as an Attendee

Supported Devices and Web Browsers
Flow DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY NEW INSTALLATIONS.
- A computer or laptop running Windows or macOS
- An Android/Apple iOS device
- A modern web browser: Common/Major browsers
- Google Chrome (We Recommend Chrome in any device)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
- Safari
- What browsers are NOT RECOMMENDED but might still work (if it does not, use one from step 3 above)
Brave
- Duckduckgo
- Tor
- Norton
- Comodo
- Maxthon
- A broadband internet connection(minimum 2 Mbps, 5+ Mbps recommended). You can test your internet speed here.
- Speakers or headphones to listen to the live audio (USB or Wired recommended).
That's it! You don't need to download plugins or other software to view Flow webinars.

- Event Access: The only other thing you'll need is your Webinar Access Link and Passcode, found in your Registration Confirmation Email
Learn how to access an Event here - Access an Always-on Room as a Guest: Use the email your host sends. It must include the guest password. They can also invite you on the fly during a live session. This is similar to an event (1) where you can click the link in the email to join the webinar room
- Access an Always-on room as a registered attendee: An administrator must create an account for you. Contact your webinar organizer/host for support (Flow cannot do this for you).

Internet Connection
When viewing a webinar using Flow, you may experience the following problems:
Fortunately, all it takes to resolve most of these issues is the following procedure:
- Distorted or Choppy audio
- Frozen Screen (especially when the presenter is sharing their screen)
- Frequent messages saying "Click OK to resume the webinar"
- Other problems viewing Videos or Shared Screens
Fortunately, all it takes to resolve most of these issues is the following procedure:
- Try reloading the web browser window. This will resolve most webinar viewing problems
- Try switching web browsers
- Check your Internet Connection:
- You need AT LEAST 5Mpbs Download speed to view Flow webinars with consistency
- Usually, wired connections are better than wireless ones, due to less interference

VPN/Firewall Problems
No Audio?
If you are connecting to your office via a VPN (corporate VPN or any other), it could be the reason. In this case, you can try a few things.

- Turn off the VPN connection
- Use a different internet connection or your mobile with mobile internet as Flow supports any major mobile web browser
- Or else, use mobile internet tethering
- If nothing works, consult your IT department to configure the VPN so it will allow you to use your local internet (this is if you are working from home using your own internet)

Constantly Having Trouble?
If you consistently have problems viewing webinars using Flow, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or IT Department (for corporate users) may have blocked or limited traffic on internet ports used by Flow. Please refer to this article and let your ISP or IT Department know to open the necessary ports for you.
