- Joining an Event: To join a webinar event, you should have already filled out a registration form from your webinar host/organizer. You also should have received a confirmation email with the webinar link, followed by a 6-digit Access Code.
- Joining an Always-on Room as a Guest: Your host must have sent you the access link with a guest password via an email (not through Flow), or invited you on the fly in the webinar room (similar to an event registrant)

- To enter the webinar hosted on Flow, click the access link in your email - it includes the access code at the end
- The link will directly take you to the webinar room if it is within the time (a host can select a pre-entry time, such as 15 minutes before the event)
- You will be requested to enter a verification code if you reload or during a network disconnect/reconnect incident. Either copy and paste the code or type it and click the ENTER button.
