Joining an Always-on Room as a Registered Attendee

This new feature allows you to log in to the Flow dashboard with your own profile and access webinar rooms as well as recordings.
Note that if your host provides Single Sign-On (SSO) access, this is not available for you. In this case, you have to log into the website/member portal of the provider (not through Flow) first and then click a button to join a webinar room.
Getting Started
To use this feature, your host must create an account for you, and you have to receive the following email.
- Log in to https://prod.flowapp.com/dashboard/login
- You will see the following page next
- To access the webinar rooms, click the ROOMS tab - click Enter Room to join the webinar rooms (you may see multiple rooms)
- To access the past recordings, click PAST EVENTS and then click on Replay
- If the replay is not enabled, that means there is no replay
- To search for repays, use the drop-down box. You will see the names of the rooms when you click on them. If you do not see replays under a specific room, this means it does not have recordings.
Troubleshooting: Unable to Access
If you are seeing the warning above, this means that you do not have permission to access this webinar room. Contact your host/organizer(s) to get access.
