Webinato - My screen sharing keeps getting interrupted

If you are experiencing issues where your screen sharing is being interrupted, then possibly there is something blocking the Webinato Screen Sharing Software from loading or connecting properly.
If projector control panel displays 'Projector Interrupted. Reconnecting...' message when you try to share something on your screen via the Webinato Projector application follow the instructions below.
- Add *.webinato.com to trusted sites.
- Open the Internet Options panel in your computer (simply, click the Windows key on your keyboard > From the search bar, search for Internet Options)
- Click the Security tab
- Click Trusted Sites
- Click Sites
- Add https://*.webinato.com and http://*.webinato.com
- To add HTTP links, first deselect the 'Require server verification (https): for all sites in this zone' checkbox.
- Click Close
- Deselect 'Enable Protected Mode' checkbox.
- Click OK to save the setting.
- If this does not resolve the issue, follow the rest of the suggestions one by one.
- Click Tools and then Compatibility View Settings
- Click Add
- Click OK
- Configure Privacy Settings
- Open Internet Options panel
- Click the Privacy Tab
- Click the Settings button next to popup blocker settings
- Type in an add *.webinato.com and click Close
- Click Sites in the main window and type in webinato.com
- Click Allow
- Click OK
- Turn off enhanced protected mode
- Open the Internet Options panel
- Click Advanced
- Scroll and locate 'Enable Enhanced Protected Mode*' option
- Deselect it and click OK
- Reset the browser
- Open the Internet Options panel
- Click Advanced
- Click Reset (you may lost some settings as well as favorites)
- Test and if it does not work, configure the aforementioned options and try again.
Other Software Interferences
Symantec Norton Internet Security
We have learned that Norton Internet Security can interfere with some client's computers. If you experience difficulties entering the webinar room, please make sure Norton Internet Security is disabled. Norton Firewall and Antivirus should remain active. Or else, add exclusions to the following folders on Windows
This firewall may prevent certain connections to Webinato servers. If you experience problems, disable ZoneAlarm while in the room. You may also configure ZoneAlarm using the following:
Starware is a freeware application. This application causes problems using the projector as a presenter or moderator. If Starware is installed, uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs located in the Windows Control Panel.
Kaspersky
Kaspersky is an antivirus and security suite that has been known to stop the webinar room from loading. Users usually get stuck as the screen says "Initializing". You may wish to temporarily disable Kaspersky or add an exception to webinato.com AND *.webinato.com.
We have learned that Norton Internet Security can interfere with some client's computers. If you experience difficulties entering the webinar room, please make sure Norton Internet Security is disabled. Norton Firewall and Antivirus should remain active. Or else, add exclusions to the following folders on Windows
- C:\Program Files\Webinato
- If you experience issues while running screen sharing as an organizer/presenter, please also add an exclusion to C:\Program Files (x86)\omNovia\Projector
