To find the element causing the problem,
- Open up the original presentation in PowerPoint
- Get to that slide and the slides immediately before and after it
- Look at those slides for any special objects such as charts, spreadsheets, or Word documents.
- Replace any special object in a PowerPoint presentation with a regular image file. To do so, follow the instructions below:
Fixing the Problem
2. Navigate to the slide with the offending object (the slide number reported when the conversion initially failed).
3. Select all the offending objects by pressing CTRL + A.

4. Right-click on the object, then click on Save as Picture.

5. Select a location on your computer to save the image file and click Save.

6. Next, go back to the slide and delete the original embedded object.
7. Go to Insert and then Picture inside of PowerPoint, browse to the .png image that you just saved, and import it into the slide.

8. Move the image to the same position where the original object was.

9. Save the PowerPoint file.
10. Uploading again and see if the conversion fails. Note that if you have multiple embedded objects, you may need to repeat this process for another object on another slide.
