Clearing WDA cookies resolves MANY PROBLEMS, such as
  • Unable to load the webinar room
  • Room layout issues
  • Freezing and getting stuck
  • Missing chat messages or unable to chat properly
  • High resource utilization
  • Crashing.
This is how you can clear cookies of the Webinato Desktop Application while in a webinar room:
On Windows
  1. Exit the Webinato application
  2. Open the following link in Windows Explorer
  3. %appdata%
  4. Open the "Webinato" folder
  5. Go to the "Cache" folder
  6. Delete all the content in this folder

On Mac OSClear the cache in /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/<yourAppName>/Cache

On LinuxClear the cache in /home/<user>/.config/<yourAppName>/Cache

*Notes: 

  • Here, "yourAppName" should be Webinato
  • "user" should be your profile/user name
