- With Flow you can enable on-demand view per each session if you create records of the event. The record is a static MP4 file.
- You can make money with your content by,
- Creating a New Event with replay videos
- Creating interactive on-demand replay with pre-recording and to automate it, follow the instructions on Section 2.

Section 1: Enable On-demand Replays
- Log into the Flow dashboard
- Find the event and click the meatball menu icon on the upper right (...)
- Click Edit
- Click Settings from the steps at the top
- Enable Record Webinar and along with it, check On-demand Replays.
You CANNOT ENABLE this if the event is over - be sure to enable it before starting the event (before someone opening the room).
Section 2: Other Types of Replay-based Events
Creating on-demand replay is not straightforward but it is achievable. We will be pushing a Just In Time (JIT) webinar option soon.
- Find the event that you would like to use as an On-demand Replay
- Obtain the recording as a host
- Log in to Flow
- Click the Past Events
- Click Replay and download the MP4 files
- Create a new Event
- Enter the webinar room using the event card
- Create a Storyboard item using Video Player and upload your content there (1 file can go up to 1GB)
- If you would like to pre-record and automate it (or else skip this step and play it manually during the live event)
- Click the Automate button at the lower right on the storyboard item and follow the instructions (see the image below)
- For the video player, you can only chose when to stop the video - you can mention the full length
- End the prep-mode
- Go to the dashboard and find the event
- Click the meatball button (...) on the upper right
- Click Edit
- Click Settings
- Scroll and expand Advanced Options
- Enable Auto Start Event
- Push changes

In this case, you can simply duplicate the past event, schedule it, and share the link with your registrants via email.
While in the Flow dashboard, click the Past Events tab
- Click the meatball button at the upper right of the event card (...)
- Click Duplicate
- Change the general information of the event such as title/desctiption and keep the rest intact
- On Settings (third in the top section), you can also make it auto start (if this is necessary and your use case)
- Go to Advanced Settings
