To manage your Flow account,
  1. Log into Flow dashboard
  2. Find the profile image at the upper right
  3. Click Account.

Section 1: Account Information

You can update the following information.
  • Account Name
  • Website
  • Address
  • Zip Code
  • Industry.

Section 2: Account Settings

Size and Dimensions of the Logo

Dimensions: More than 400 x 150 pixels
Size: Less than 3 MB.

1. Change the Logo

To change your logo image,
  1. Click the logo, or the Update Logo link below it, to open a File Explorer window on your computer. 
  2. Once you select a file, it will upload to the page and the change will be instantly saved (with no need to hit the Save button at the bottom of the page).

Why it is Important to Add it Immediately?

Your logo file should be uploaded as soon as you activate your Flow account, as it is present in all of your communication to your audiences, such as Registration Emails and Webinar Login Pages.

Limitations: Only .PNG and .JPG files are supported

2. Change the Banner/Button Color

By default, the Banner/Button Color shown here is derived from your logo color automatically and sets the color for all event registration and entry pages. You can change this color at any time by choosing a pre-set color from the list, or by inserting a custom color code.

3. API Key

This key is for developers and integrators However, there are more information to obtain. Please click the chat bubble at the bottom right to contact us and obtain the information.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR API KEY TO ANYONE YOU DO NOT TRUST, as this key could give someone access to your account without your knowledge. Please use extreme caution when sharing your key with 3rd-party applications.

4. Storage

  • This is the amount of storage you consume on Flow
  • This helps to keep track of the cloud storage limits per your account type (find out more at https://www.flowapp.com).

5. Attendee Toolbar

Lets your attendees see or prevent them from seeing the Participant List in the webinar room.

6. Certificate Template

To enable a custom certificate and use it with your sessions, enable this checkbox and proceed with customizing it.

7. Share Event with Others

With Registration Social Sharing checkbox, you can disable the ability to share the event from the event registration page. A sample sharing option is available below.
