The picture-in-picture option is a great way to keep the Flow screen sharing window or webcam windows of presenters popped out. You can drag it and keep it on a different monitor if the browser is used for other purposes or minimized. This article shows you how to do it on Windows.

On Firefox/MS Edge

  1. Hover the mouse over the webinar room or right-click in the middle of the screen (desktop browser)
  2. Click "Picture in Picture"
  3. The screen sharing gets popped out and stays on the bottom right
  4. When moving the mouse to the edge of the pop-up window, it shows handles to make it larger
  5. To drag it, simply click, hold and drag.
  6. It can also be moved to a different monitor.
  7. To go back, click either the X button in the right-hand corner or the "Back to tab" text in the middle.

On Chrome

  1. Right-click anywhere in the middle
  2. Click "Picture in Picture"
  3. Follow the rest of the instructions above.
