The picture-in-picture option is a great way to keep the Flow screen sharing window or webcam windows of presenters popped out. You can drag it and keep it on a different monitor if the browser is used for other purposes or minimized. This article shows you how to do it on Windows.
On Firefox/MS Edge
- Hover the mouse over the webinar room or right-click in the middle of the screen (desktop browser)
- Click "Picture in Picture"
- The screen sharing gets popped out and stays on the bottom right
- When moving the mouse to the edge of the pop-up window, it shows handles to make it larger
- To drag it, simply click, hold and drag.
- It can also be moved to a different monitor.
- To go back, click either the X button in the right-hand corner or the "Back to tab" text in the middle.
On Chrome
- Right-click anywhere in the middle
- Click "Picture in Picture"
- Follow the rest of the instructions above.
