How to Contact Technical Support On the Fly

While on the Dashboard

  1. Click the Gear (Settings) button at the upper right, next to your profile image
  2. Click "Access Support Website"

While in the Webinar Room

  1. Click the Settings gear button while inside the room (on the toolbar or at the upper right in the old room layout)
  2. Click on “Access support website”
  3. You will now be directed to the flow support website.
  4. Direct Link: https://support.flowapp.com/
