Case 1: For Events and Meetings (host/presenter/attendee) is available in the Event or Meeting Summary.
Case 2: For Always-on Rooms, hosts/presenters must have accounts created on Flow (admin section) and added to the room (See how). They can use the direct link below.

Case 3: If you are using the Registered Users (attendees) feature, each attendee must also log into the Flow dashboard to log into the webinar rooms/events.
