What is an AutoFlow?

With Autoflow™ you can simulate a live webinar experience that combines live presentations and polling interaction with pre-recorded content. Scale your webinar reach, frequency, and targeting. Boost your team's productivity by automating content blocks.

Important!
You must have purchased the AutoFlow Add-on to create and use pre-recorded items.

1. While in the webinar room, click Storyboard
2. Add a Storyboard item to your storyboard. In this example, a slideshow is used. If you are new to the Storyboard, click here to learn more...
3. Hover over the storyboard item, and find the pre-recording button on the right (see the image below).

1. Turn your microphone or/and Webcam on: You CANNOT TURN THIS OFF during the recording. If you disconnect, you cannot re-enable the devices!
2. Click Start Recording
3. Do the presentation as you do during a live event, and keep an eye on the timer as the maximum duration for a pre-recording is 2 hours
4. Click Stop Recording to stop 
5. Click Save to save the recording
6. Click Record new to delete it and restart
7. To Test, click the play button of the storyboard item you just recorded (wait a few seconds until it gets saved).
