What is an AutoFlow?

Recording an AutoFlow
Important!
You must have purchased the AutoFlow Add-on to create and use pre-recorded items.
- While in the webinar room, click Storyboard
- Add a Storyboard item to your storyboard. In this example, a slideshow is used. If you are new to the Storyboard, click here to learn more...
- Hover over the storyboard item, and find the pre-recording button on the right (see the image below).

Recording Steps
- Turn your microphone or/and Webcam on: You CANNOT TURN THIS OFF during the recording. If you disconnect, you cannot re-enable the devices!
- Click Start Recording
- Do the presentation as you do during a live event, and keep an eye on the timer as the maximum duration for a pre-recording is 2 hours
- Click Stop Recording to stop
- Click Save to save the recording
- Click Record new to delete it and restart
- To Test, click the play button of the storyboard item you just recorded (wait a few seconds until it gets saved).
