Add or Remove Items to/from Storyboard

1. Click the Storyboard 
2. Click the Red circle with a '+'
3. From the next window, select the appropriate media item from 9 types of items
4. Select the hosts/presenters to assign the block (screen sharing only allows one person assigned to it)
5. Select additional options such as Countdown, Download options, and so on
6. Click Add to Storyboard button to finish.

1. Hover over an item on storyboard
2. Click the Delete (recycle bin) button
3. Click Yes to the dialog box.

Warning!
Deleted storyboard items CANNOT BE RECOVERED!

1. Hover over the storyboard item that you need to change
2. Click the Edit (Pencil) button
3. Follow along.

1. Click the grayed out Edit (Pencil) button
2. Now the add option appears at the bottom of the Storyboard
3. Add an item by following the section 1 above.
