Before you Begin

- Log in and access the webinar room
- Click on the Screen Share module tab (button) at the top
Click the Start Screen Sharing button on the Screen Sharing tab, and you may get a window that looks like the image above (even if you install it, this may say "No Screen Sharing application detected". Ignore the warning.
Once you click "Launch", you will get the following dialog

Upon a successful launch, you will see the following, with the screen sharing live stream appearing in the center.

Options
- Gear Button: Opens Screen Sharing Preferences and Options. Click HERE to learn more, as this is where you configure it to operate
- X: Exit the screen sharing software properly with this button
- Arrow: For remotely controlling someone else's screen
- Fit to Screen/Unfit: Fit the screen for all or for yourself with this button
- Full Screen: View in full screen (not recommended for presenters)
- Small Preview: This is important! When you share a single monitor, this prevents viewers from seeing your screen mirroring (an infinity of mirrored screens). If you are sharing a separate monitor, you can use this box to get a better view. Do not forget to use the Fit to Screen option in this case.
Annotating
The screen sharing annotation tool appears on the upper left.

- Turning it on/off
- Color selector
- Size of the brush
- Eraser.
