Can I Kick a User Out?
Yes. During a webinar, you can click to remove an attendee from that session or permanently ban them from the webinar room (this requires the user to have either an attendee account you set up on Webinato or a static IP). Here is how to do it.
- Click and expand the Participant panel
- Find the user and from the list, click on the user's name
- You will get the following menu (see below). From there, click "Kick from Room" to remove the user until the current session is over. If you click "Ban from Room", the user will be blocked by email or IP.
If the user is a guest (might use a different email), or his/her IP isn't static, the user may come back even if we banned them. Therefore, if you use webinar rooms, create attendees on Webinato (Manage Users feature), or use SSO.
