Webinato - Can I Configure Private Message Behavior of Attendees?

Yes. To do so,

1. Click and expand the Participant panel
2. Find the user from the list and click on the user's name 
3. You will get the following menu (see below). From there, click "Can Private Message:"
4. From there, select an appropriate option (from 4 options).
