Upon accessing a webinar room on Flow, the first thin you may spot is the following dialog box. This must be enabled (Automatic Media Playback) in order to receive audio and video during a webinar. Most iOS (Apple) devices (Safari) tends to turn this off by default.
Enable Automatic Media Playback in Your Web Browser
Chrome/MS Edge
- Click the View Site Information button on the web browser's address bar
- Check if sound is enabled - if not toggle/enable it back
Firefox and Others
These browsers directly display when autoplay is disabled.
Click the icon to view the setting and enable it back.
