If you are unable to access Flow and if you see a password-related error, please refer to the following directions.
- If you get an error message telling you that your password is not correct, be sure you typed it correctly. All passwords are case-sensitive
- Try not using the saved password, type it - We do not recommend the copy/paste method when it comes to passwords as you may accidentally copy a space or some other characters
- Be sure your caps-lock key is not accidentally engaged
- If you received a password in an email, you may have accidentally copied some spaces when trying to highlight your password.
- If you are sure you are typing in your password correctly, you may need to reset your flowapp.com password to regain access.
- Please click the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" link under the Password field to start the password reset process, or click here to change the password now.
