How do I Download and Install the Application? - One-time Installation
1. Logging into a Flow Event
- Register for a webinar - your host/organizer should provide the link.
- Obtain the link via email
- Open the link in your web browser (if the event is not occurring soon, you may have to wait)
- When you join the webinar room, you will see the option to install the app pop up (see the image above)
- Exit the webinar
- Open the application from the list in your Android/iOS or use the Flow desktop icon on your PC
- Copy the link and paste it into the box (see the image below)
- Click or tap "Join the Session"
Log in to the room by providing the required details.
2. Logging into an Always-on Room
- Log in to the webinar room using your web browser
When you join the webinar room, you will see the option to install the app pop up (see the image above)
Exit the webinar
Open the application from the list in your Android/iOS or use the Flow desktop icon on your PC
Find the Room ID in the link or copy/paste the link to the box (see below)
Note: The link is similar to https://prod.flowapp.com/room/8533 where 8533 is the Room ID.Log in to the room by providing the required details.
