"Flow Webinar Toolbar" - The Webinar Management Station

For a long time, Flow provided a separate set of individual controls to start/end and manage the webinars. Some were grouped, but the rest were somewhat scattered. 

Now, all the tools are available under one unit - a Toolbar - with which you can manage the webinars, moderate them, present them, and view them with ease. 

The Toolbar Hides Automatically when you are not using it.

The new toolbar layout prioritizes the roles in the webinar room and then groups and allocates them per specific groups. For instance, in a webinar room, there are hosts/moderators (hosts with moderation only) and presenters. The grouping makes their tasks easier, and also makes it easier for them to memorize each button and what its allocated tasks would be.

At this point we are not forcing you to enable the New Layout as you may have used to the old one. However, you can enable it and use it whenever you needed. Here is how:

1. Click the Settings gear in the upper left corner of the webinar room
2. Toggle the "New Layout" to the ON position (toggle right)
3. That's it!
4. To change it back to the old layout, click the Settings gear on the toolbar (on the right) > toggle the "Ney Layout" to the OFF position (toggle left).

1. Initialization Tools: Start the Webinar/End the Webinar
2. Moderator's Tools (Before the Event): Participant Management, Invite Guests (on the fly), AV Controls Hub (manage A/V for all hosts/presenters - used during rehearsals, to bring them on/off air, and remote control), Record, and Execute the main items from the Storyboard (Add/Edit/Remove/Play media modules)
   Note: These tools can be used during the event as well
3. Moderator's Tools (During the Event):  Chat/Q&A/Notifications, and Media Tools (microphone/webcam/screen share)
   Note: These tools can be used before the event as well.
4. Personal Controls (Optional): Mute all audio streams for self, Full Screen, and Settings (configure A/V and other things)

With the new exit options, you can easily navigate, reload, or end the prep-mode or live session with ease!

1. Tools before the Event: People (Attendee) viewer, AV Controls (view), Storyboard (view and interact - activating is not allowed), microphone, webcam, and screen sharing. You can also use the Settings gear on the right
   Note: These tools CAN BE used during the event as well
2. During the Event: Chat, Q&A, Lower-thirds/Pin messages, and Leave button (to leave or reload).

The new tool makes attendees view and access the tools in one place. 

1. Chat with the rest of the attendees or hosts
2. Mute all audio from hosts (not of a specific person)
3. Enter the Full Screen and back
4. Access the Settings panel
5. Exit or reload.
