Webinato - Make Chat Private

In this mode, an attendee only sees messages from hosts/presenters but not from other attendees.

1. Only Admins and Presenters can see what attendees are submitting (chat messages).
2. Attendees only see messages sent by him/her and all the messages and replies submitted by Admins and Presenters.
3. Admins and Presenters have the ability to forward any messages submitted by an Attendee to the rest of the room.
