What Does It Do?
- Any Web Page (such as a sign-up page): The pages MUST support iFrame (Contact your Web Developer to make changes to your web page/site)
Augmented Reality content
Sign-up pages
Marketing/Sales
Virtual showcases
Virtual 3D tours
Anything else that you want to display (web content).
How Does It Work?
It provides a single user experience for each user when you play the web content block. For example, it could be a sign-up page and let individual users sign up for your product. Another example would be a 3D walkthrough/demo, or a YouTube video (each user must play the video individually).
Web Content experiences are NOT guided. If you want to provide a GUIDED experience, use the Screen Sharing Module instead.
What Does It Not Do?
- The item cannot be recorded as an autoflow
- Pages with restrictions on iFrames (i.e., Google, Facebook). To share social sites such as YouTube, use the embedded link (example below).
Adding and Using the Block
- Click the Storyboard while you are in the webinar room or the meeting room
- Click the "Add Content Block" option (scroll down to the bottom of the storyboard if you cannot find it)
- While in the Storyboard items panel, scroll to the bottom and find the Web Content Block
- Click the Web Content Block and then click Next
- Select the presenters assigned to this block and click Next
- Read the instructions here and add a link. This MUST be an HTTPS link and the page MUST support opening in an iFrame
- As soon as you add the link (copy/paste or type) you will see a preview of your web page/site. Click ADD TO STORYBOARD next.

The page successfully opens in an iFrame
Troubleshooting
If you are seeing a broken page (see below) contact your web developer and add flowapp.com to show your website within an IFRAME

No iFrame support
💡ProTip:
On mobile browsers, some websites may take you to an internal page when playing something on the webpage, such as a virtual tour, and the attendee may not see the next modules. This is rare, but be sure to test the content block by playing it and viewing it. You can create a duplicate event, start it, play the web content module, and view the content as a mobile attendee to verify it.
