How to share the screen

When you are in a "Meeting", there is a difference in how you share your screen. For this, you do not need to use a storyboard item like in a webinar.
Use "Smart Pinning" to Automatically Share the Screen
- While in the meeting, start your audio/webcam devices
- Start screen sharing by using the control at the bottom left, next to the microphone and webcam
- Select the appropriate option and start sharing
- Now, on each participant's card, there is a pinning option (see above). Click this button to pin the presenter who shares the screen
- As soon as you pin, the presenter becomes the spotlight, and their screen will be shared on the main screen
- Here you will be entering "Presenter View" (Spotlight) from the "Gallery View".
