For the hosts/presenters there are two ways to download the chat transcript. For an attendee there is one.
1. Download a Chat Transcript While in the Webinar Room
Click the Download button (see the image above: 1) at the lower left in the attendee chat to download the chat transcript live. This option is available for both attendees and hosts/presenters.
2. Download from the Report
To download the chat transcript from the report,
- Log in to the Flow dashboard
- Click the Past Events tab
- Find the event (event card) that you want to extract the report and click Report
- Locate the "Chat" section in the report
- View or Download the CSV file.
