Are you getting stuck at the Webinato logo when you sign in (just after providing email/password and clicking the login button)? Then this is the guide that you must follow to get this resolved.

You DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS IF YOU FOLLOWED THE VIDEO GUIDE.
2. Open Windows Explorer (this is where you browse for files in Windows - This Computer/My Computer)
4. Now you must be in the folder C:\Users\< Your User Name >\AppData\Roaming (<Your User Name = your Window account name)
5. Find and open the "Webinato" folder (you must be in the folder to follow the next step)
6. Delete all the content in the Webinato folder
7. Close the File Viewer now
9. Log in and continue as you usually do.
