Test your connection to Webinato servers

To ensure the best experience on our browser-based, no-download platform, a stable internet connection is required. If you are experiencing lag or disconnection, please use the following tools to diagnose your network health.
1. The Conference Tester
The first step in troubleshooting connection issues is the Conference Tester. It checks your browser's ability to connect to the various components of the webinar room, including connectivity, bandwidth, and media server checks. To start the test:
  1. Open Webinato Desktop Application
  2. Close the "Welcome to Webinato" message by clicking the Orange X button at the upper right
  3. Copy this link: https://www.webinato.com/conftest/
  4. Go back to the Webinato application and click on the search bar
  5. Press Ctrl V (Control and V keys together) to paste the link
  6. Click GO.

2. Advanced Connection Test

If the basic tester does not identify the issue, our support team will provide a specific server link for a deep-packet inspection of your connection to a specific media server. Please contact us via live chat/ticket
  1. Open the unique test link provided by your support engineer.
  2. Click Start and allow up to 60 seconds for the test to complete. Once finished, you can copy the results or take a screenshot.
  3. Note that there are two tests (1: Trace/ping, 2: Speed test). For the 2nd test, you have to wait until the 1st test ends, and show the results. Once it displays results, scroll down to the bottom and start the 2nd test.
  4. Send both the results to us (screenshot of the 2nd test is required).
