Webinato support options can be accessed by clicking the "?" button at the upper right in the webinar room. Once you click the support button, you can get the following help on the fly.

  1. Tutorial Mode On: This only appears to moderators and presenters only. Each help tooltip is connected to a guide in our Knowledgebase. They can quickly click on the "?" icons in the room and learn on the fly.
  2. Open Knowledgebase: Opens the knowledgebase
  3. Show Room Info: This shows room information to moderators and presenters. The information includes access information as well as guest invitation.
  4. Audio Help: Provides help for attendees to check whether they can hear audio or not (by playing a chime), and check their connection strength
  5. Visual Help: This section provides help if someone cannot see something such as a slideshow, and offers more help.
  6. Chat Help: The timestamp related questions and privatize mode explanation are here.
