Invite Attendees to a Live Webinar On the Fly
The "Invite" Feature

This feature is fairly new to Flow (recently introduced). While in a webinar room, you can now
- Send the registration link to an event
- Guest access information to a webinar room
- Create a guest access entry and send the email (registration confirmation email).
Invite Users while in the Webinar Room - On the fly
- Enter the Webinar Room using the event card (or always-on room card)
- Click the Participant option (legacy interface) or the Invite option on the toolbar at the bottom (new interface).

You can also invite participants with the "People" option (it lists the participants). See below...
Invitation Options
1. Send Link
This option sends the event registration link or the guest access information related to always-on rooms.
2. Full Invite
With this, you can add or register a new user to an event at any time. The user is a registered user for this specific session, and also gets access to replays (on-demand).
